Smart Camera
1.Registration/Login
New users will need to register a user account before experiencing the features of APP.
Please use your email address to create a new account. Tap on "Obtain" to receive a verification code in your mailbox and enter it to finish the registration. (Mobile phone registration is only available for China mainland users)
If you forgot your password, tap  to enter the Retrieve password page. A verification code will be sent to your mailbox and you will be able to change your password.
2.Main page------My camera

If icon    appears on the camera list, it means your phone and camera are connected to different servers. Please tap the icon to re-login and you will be able to view the camera normally.

3.Add a camera
Plug in the camera and wait for 40-50 seconds until the red status light is flashing, which means the camera is activated. If the status light is not flashing or flashing green light, please press the reset button for 1-2 sends until you heard "Ready to connect" sound with red indicator light blinking. When the camera's activated normally, tap on  to add a new camera in the main interface after log in. (Please select the correct region and click Next)

3.1. Scan code to add
1) Open the scan code page and scan the QR code on the body.
2) Pop up the prompt box 'ugoho.me wants to Join WLAN Network...', click on 'Join' and wait to get the WIFI list.
3) Select an available network, enter the WIFI password, click 'OK' to start adding, until the device broadcasts 'Camera ready', the addition is complete.

3.2. Connect to AP manually
1) If you cannot find the QR code, please click "No QR Code Found" under figure5 to enter the manual connection to AP introduction page.
2) After reading the steps, jump to the mobile WLAN settings page and connect to the network starting with 'ugoho.me-'.
3) Switch back to the app interface, wait for the app to get the WIFI list, select an available WIFI, enter the password and click 'OK' to add it until the device announces 'Camera-ready' and the addition is complete.

4.Video play

When the camera is online, you can tap on the name of the camera on the page of "My Camera" to enter the video play page.
4.1. Live video
The real-time video will be played after entering, the camera can be turned to the position you want with the tap.

4.2. Video recording
If a Micro SD card is installed in the camera or the cloud storage service is subscribed (Please refer to term 7 to have detailed knowledge of cloud storage), video recordings will be stored in the card or cloud in a loop way.
Click , Drag your finger on the timeline to replay the recordings that are saved on the Micro SD card or cloud. Blue color indicates that the recordings are saved on the Micro SD card while green color indicates the recordings are saved on the cloud.
Please unplug the camera before inserting /removing the Micro SD card. If the blue color does not show up on the period section, please check if the card is still in normal status.
4.3. Save recording onto the mobile phone
When you are playing live or recorded video, it is easy to save MP4 video file or JPEG image file on your mobile phone by tapping  or icon. You can find the files in the album page and simply share them on social media.
5.Alert function——message page
5.1. Enable/Disable alert function
On the "Devices" page, tap on  icon and tap on  to turn off/on alert function. When the camera detects a moving object, it generates an alert message, and the cloud server then sends it to your APP. The message shows up at the page of APP  and the alert video will be recorded on a memory card or cloud (cloud storage could be subscribed).
5.2. Message check & download
Tap on  to enter the message page (Figure 13).
Warning:
a.You can only download alert videos when you have a Micro SD card in the camera or your cloud storage function is subscribed.
b.Micro SD card should be ONLY inserted/removed when the camera is unplugged. Incorrect operation may cause failure of downloading.
c.Please return and try again if the network connection causes the failure of downloading.
Once an alert image is downloaded, tap on it to replay the alert video accordingly.

5.3. Alert setting
Tap on the icon  on the top left corner of the message page to enter the setting page, on which you can turn on/off alert function, set alert time, sensitivity and your preferred parameter.
Tap on "Reset" to set alert time and sensitivity. (Figure 15).

7.Cloud storage
7.1. Definition
Cloud storage refers to a technical service that uploads video recordings of a camera to a cloud server for storage. With the cloud storage function, you can avoid the risk of losing valuable video recordings which might occur when you use a micro SD card in case it's damaged or taken away.
7.2. How to use cloud storage
1)If the camera you added supports cloud storage function, you will see the icon  appearing on the settings page (Figure 10). Tap on it to enter the Safari to the purchasing page.

2)Customize your cloud storage options: Plan, Cameras and Monthly Plan.

Plan:There are two modes: Standard and Premier. Both modes can save videos within 7 days in the cloud space. This means that files stored in the cloud will be automatically deleted on the eighth day.
a.Standard Mode: In this mode, 10s video will be uploaded whenever an alarm is triggered.
b.Premier Mode: In this mode, cloud video will continue to upload without interruption.
Cameras: Under this option, select the number of devices that you will activate cloud storage. You can assign cloud storage services to any camera under your account, but the total number cannot exceed this limit.
Monthly Plan: When you purchase cloud storage for the first time, You will get a free gift for the first month. You only need to click the'SUBSCRIBE NOW' button to subscribe to Monthly Plan to get it; if you need to renew, it will be automatically next month Renewal, if you don't want to renew, you can cancel at any time.
My Cameras: All the devices under your account are displayed here. You can put in or remove the devices under your account from the 'Monthy Plan' at any time.
7.3. Cloud storage configuration and functions
7.3.1. Cloud storage configuration
When the cloud storage function is activated, please make sure that the "video upload" button is on. You can set up the cloud as your video storage location in Camera Setting-Video storage location-cloud, and turn on the upload button, otherwise the video won't be uploaded to the cloud.

7.3.2. Replay cloud video
On the live stream page to click 'Cloud Playback' or click on the Devices page then click 'My Cloud', you can replay the cloud video by dragging the timeline to the sections showed in blue or orange color.

7.3.3. Download cloud video
When you replay cloud video, it is simple to save an MP4 video file or JPEG image file on your mobile phone by tapping or icon. You can find the files in Settings-Album and simply share them on social medias.
8.Camera shooting angle &Mounting type
In term of vision field, camera can be classified as panoramic type and common type, each one of which has its suitable shooting angel and mounting method.
Two options of shooting angels are available for common camera (Figure 22):

1)Horizontal—normal: mount on the table (Figure 23).
2)Horizontal—reverse: mount on the ceiling (Figure 24).

9. Panoramic navigation
Panoramic navigation is a kind of unique operation mode for Pan&Tilt Camera, with which you can simply rotate the camera exactly to the direction you want just by a "tap".
9.1. Creating panoramic navigation picture
When a Pan&Tilt camera is added, you can tap on the icon  to create a panoramic navigation picture (Figure 1).
9.2. Panoramic navigation operation
After a panoramic navigation picture is created (Figure 20), tap anywhere on the picture and the camera will rotate immediately and point to that location.

9.3. Set shooting angle via panoramic navigation picture
You can set a maximum of 3 sets of shooting angels via a panoramic navigation picture. Once set, the camera will turn to the location at a preset time.
Setup steps:
1.Tap on a target point of panoramic navigation picture to rotate the camera to the location.
2.Tap on the icon , then a new setting interface will pop up as shown in figure 26.
3.Set preset time then repeat step 1 and 2 for each shooting angle. Each icon means a single preset of a single shooting angle (Figure 27).
